please help ! i can not print or down load . system takes me to pay screen,been there done that.
Your profile shows you as a "member", not a "premium member", which means that if you've paid, it hasn't taken effect yet -- or, perhaps, you've got more than one account, and the one you're logged in with now isn't the one that's been paid for.

I do have user id # 140452 , validation key # 272eb0beead6bb30aca8e4c73fb897a2 . Can you reactivate my account ? can you also remove the " member" account ? Thank You ! I Sooooo love this site !
