What’s this!?

Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas”, Walt Disney pictures. 1993.
Bored with the same old scare-and-scream routine, Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King of Halloween Town, longs to spread the joy of Christmas. But his merry mission puts Santa in jeopardy and creates a nightmare for good little boys and girls everywhere! The characters include Jack, Zero (Jack's ghost dog), Sally (kindly ragdoll), Dr. Finkelstein (Sally's creator), the Mayor of Halloween Town (two-face), Lock Shock & Barrel (Professional trick-or-treaters),
Oogie Boogie, and jolly old "Sandy Claws" himself!

My Challenge

Simply draw one of the references I have provided below by the original illustrator's, or use any reference you wish. You may use any type of media you like but please no computer graphics, all drawings must be hand drawn. You may use your computer for text or color from programs such as photo-shop but please post your original drawing first.

Here's my Sally, I might try to add a background when there's time. So far there's about 1 1/2 hours work on her, just using a 2b mechanical pencil. I know that using a full range of pencils is best, but when you have a 2-yr-old always on the prowl, you learn to make do with as few tools as possible...

This is my original picture, using pastel. After I scanned it, simply reversed the colors, and above is the result. Pretty cool, right?
