yes i agree i thought this was going to be an easy lesson, but it wasnt very good practice though

My puppy's nose could have been better but the rest of the drawing is OK.

Great fun to draw, and a cute finnish!! Good for practicing shading, as on the puppy's nose it is a little hard to get right.

I really needed this excercise. I have mastered line drawings but struggle with the shading part and, naturally, shading (adding values) my line drawings help me see how to apply my watercolors. I will practice these shading techniques as much as possible so that I will become a better painter.
