i've never rotated my drawings, but after reading this it makes sense to do so.

If you decide to rotate your paper to accommodate your best pencil stroke then remember to rotate your reference photo as well (unless you are not using one).
It is very helpful to know your best pencil stroke but it is also good practice to keep your paper in a fixed position and adjust your pencil stroke to suit - thereby learning a variety of pencil strokes.

My natural hand movements are exactly opposite of those of Da Vinci.
He mostly used left hand for drawing and I use right hand.
My lines goes from lower left hand to upper right hand.

Upper left to lower right, and lower right to upper left I'm left handed.

thanks a lot.I had never heard or thought that one has a natural hand movement. Thanks to you now I know and my natural movement is from lower left to upper right. Thanks for helping me discover.
