I did a whole chart of hatching and squirkling side by side through the entire range of pencils I have. It gave me a good feel of the degrees of lead and how the quality of the better pencils I have differ from the cheap versions. Good practice

I'd watched many YouTube tutorials over the last year, and made , what I felt, was very little progress! But having read through and started to put into practice just the basics of lesson F01 Beginners Hatching, my shading is stating to look like shading.

Many Thanks.
